You can plan advancement play activities during the day so they can sleep at night. If your cat likes to be friends with other cats, you can add another cat as her partner. By providing a friend or companion to your pet, they can play with each other and will not bother you. Playing for some time at night is enough to get them tired and get them to sleep after that.
